A true and caring professional who happened to visit Dr Cooper during diagnosis, and who fortunately having time to spare offered to remove a skin melanoma there and then. I gratefully accepted and could not fault the expert care and kindness afforded to me by Mr Chris Heaton and Natalie during a painless, comfortable surgical procedure. Chris performed minor surgery on my hand and was assisted by Natalie.
Both Chris and Natalie were very professional and attentive. I was very impressed by their professionalism and caring attitude. What could have been a stressful experience was turned into relatively relaxing a pleasant experience.

Chris Heaton and his nurse Karen were very friendly, supportive, gave me good explanations, including different options, took great care to make sure I was pain-free and comfortable. They were aslo quite amusing and it was nota t all an unpleasant experience.
